Temptation...

The curbs were poured on the "exit" part of the lot today.  See the little red flag near the back of the curb.  I was tempted to grab it and write my name.  I did not - but I will find a place before they are finished!

 

 

The drive thru islands are poured and ready for the structure.

 

 The walls are in place and they have started on the sheeting.  Trusses will be on site and started next week.  I will be out of town for training but, I have left specific insturctions on what photos and videos I would like while I am gone.

And then there was one.

 

And then there was one... wall that is!

The Gilmore crew was on site today to start the framing.

 

 

 The new staff of the Mackinaw Branch decided we should test their work.  Here we are testing the construction of the drive thru window. 

 

Floor in fast forward

I have been a little behind in posting so here is the floor progress in fast forward!

Behind the scenes...

While the crew is hard at work on the construction site. We are hard at work fine tuning the design and choosing colors, floors, countertops, cabinets, brick.... you get the idea! Check out the designers hard at work in the board room!

 

Linda and I were shopping for appliances.  Doreen and Cheryl had other ideas!  I guess I'll find out if they read my blog or not by posting this picture :)
